How to Work:
After unloading nuts or seeds into the raw product chamber, they pass through the roasting room. Then, nuts or seeds roasted homogeneously and evenly in the roasting rooms are transferred to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the exit section of the machine with the help of belts. Due to the mixing chamber, all products can be mixed with the desired salt or sauce and can go directly to the roasting stage.
PM 30 ROASTING MACHINE is the most demanded roasting oven by retail and small-scale shops due to its ergonomic and small size. PM 30 has a production capacity of at least 30 kg per hour. There is one roasting oven in this model. The most important feature of it is that it provides low fuel consumption with its high-capacity performance. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, this feature offers the best nut roasting experience. It is our most demanded model for being environmentally friendly and long-term fuel savings.
In PM 30, you can roast sunflower or pumpkin seeds and different products such as peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc. The fully stainless roasting machine offers a user-friendly operation with its PLC touch screen. You can save up to 200 different product roasting recipes alongside its recordable memory. The device has wheels with a brake system for easy transport. The emergency response button allows the user to intervene quickly in case of any possible disaster. Fuel options include Gas, LPG, Diesel, and Electricity.
